Lawyer Fabrizio Paviotti
Born in Naples in 1979, he graduated in Law summa cum laude in 2002 at L.U.I.S.S. University (Rome - Italy), after having attended international law courses in English at the University of Nijmegen (The Netherlands).
He was awarded the Master of Laws in European Business Law (LL.M. Degree) of the inter-university Pallas Consortium and the prize for the best student of the year.
He worked as a trainee in the international law firm Clifford Chance.
He practices as a lawyer focusing in particular on public procurement as well as on international contracts, assisting his clients in drafting and negotiating international contracts, both in English and French language.
He attended several seminars and conferences organised by the International Chamber of Commerce of Paris on international commercial arbitration and on negotiation and drafting techniques in international contracts, and by FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) on the various FIDIC model Conditions of contract.
