• privatisation of public utilities;
• commercial licences and administrative authorisations.

The Firm offers legal assistance in judicial proceedings concerning any of the above-mentioned sectors, in the first instance dealing with the authorities concerned and, when necessary, facing the competent local and national administrative Courts (T.A.R. and Consiglio di Stato).

With respect to public procurement, the Firm advises companies that wish to participate in tenders for public works contracts, public services contracts, public supply contracts and project finance deals. The Firm also offers its services in the execution phase following the award of any of the aforementioned contracts.

As to the public entities awarding such public contracts, the Firm regularly advises them on any issues relating to bidding procedures and the process as a whole (with particular attention to competition law and the rules relating to such bid procedures) and provides assistance in drafting the tender documentation.
