Lawyer Roberto Paviotti
Born in Udine in 1953, he graduated in Law summa cum laude in 1976 at the University of Trieste.
He practices as a lawyer in civil law, focusing on corporate and banking law, as well as in administrative law and corporate penal law.
He regularly appears in front of the Corte di Cassazione and Consiglio di Stato in Rome.
He acts in both ad hoc and institutional arbitration conducted under the auspices of institutions such as the ICC International Court of Arbitration. He is often appointed sole arbitrator, president or party arbitrator of several Courts of Arbitration by private parties or competent authorities, for the resolution of both national and international disputes.
From 1979 until 1993 he was a judge in Italian Courts, in both the penal and civil field.
He was Chief Executive Officer of “Autovie Servizi S.p.a.” in Trieste and of “Interporto Alpe-Adria S.p.a.”, and vice-president of the Board of Directors of the “Consorzio dell’acquedotto del Friuli Centrale” (CAFC S.p.a.).
